Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.

(Excludes weekends, national holidays, and New Year holidays.)

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin or Nekopos).

The shipping method will be determined by us based on the size of the item and the delivery destination.

Shipping Fees (Tax Included)

Shipping fees are based on your location:

For remote islands, fees are based on Yamato Transport’s regional classification.

For items eligible for Nekopos, a flat rate of ¥300 will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 days, depending on your region.

Date and Time Specification

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the missed delivery notice to arrange redelivery.
