Refund policy

We do not accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference after an order has been placed.

(Examples include: the item looks different than expected, wrong size ordered, or errors in the order details.)


However, if any of the following conditions apply and the item is in unused and original condition, we will offer an exchange or full refund:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The item delivered is different from what was ordered

 

If any of the above applies, please contact us by email at support@kakavii.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

When contacting us, please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect or error

  • Photos clearly showing the issue with the item

 

After reviewing the information, if we determine that the issue was caused by our error, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Exchange for the correct or non-defective item

  • Full refund, including shipping costs, if a replacement item is not available

 

All shipping and handling costs related to the exchange or refund will be covered by us.
